Students should carry the AXA international insurance I.D. card at all times while traveling internationally. Note Travelery may seek emergency assistance either by utilizing the phone number listed on the attached AXA ID card (documents section) or by sending an email to medassist-usa@axa-assistance.us. At times, use of the email may be more effective for non-emergency.

The CSU recommends that each traveler register with the U.S. Safe Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) https://step.state.gov/step/ prior to their departure date.
